The refund and replacement depend on the products you order. The refund will be processed as soon as approval is sent, payment gateway partners will process them immediately with the bank and usually takes 7-15 working days or as per the PG timeframes.
When the actual product ordered is not received or the product is being damaged and you don't want to replace then you can go for return wherever applicable. The user can return the product by clicking on the return button under my orders. Once the return is been initiated the courier team will be receiving the product from the customer place as per next available schedule. In certain places, customer has to return on the address mentioned, as courier partners pick up may not be covered. The return product cost will be credited within the next 21 days from initiation.

Once the return is being accepted, the replacement or refund will be initiated and will be reaching the customer within the next 21 days from the date of refund acceptance.
The return period of the items vary based on the products you ordered. The return will be accepted only when you raise the issue during the delivery with the delivery person or the next 3 days of the delivery is been made to the customer.

Vendor generally obtain and ship the product within specified days, as mentioned in product page. Estimated delivery days also changes based on some of the following factors, Like Natural calamities, Based on the public holidays and bundh, Product's availability with the Vendor, Based on location of the Seller and distance of the customer.

The delivery will happen once the product is been accepted by the vendor. The maximum delivery time is 7 working days and exceptions in certain cases.
