Kachampuli or the Coorgi natural vinegar is a dark tart vinegar made from Garcinia Gummi Gutta fruit. This belongs to the Garcinia family. It is a must spice for many of Kodava dishes. Koorgi Pandi Curry (Pork Curry) with this vinegar is a favorite traditional Kodava dish. You would fall in love with this curry.
