Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
NativeBag hereby declares that there could be circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged/defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We would be happy to replace or exchange the product to your satisfaction, provided the photos are defective piece is provided to NativBag in writing within given timeframe.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending upon the nature and category of the product.
In case of cancellation from customers, the cancellation is allowed for a period of 4 hours from order booking or if the vendor has not confirmed the packing/shipping. If it is shipped, it may be considered a return request.
Conditions for return:
1) Notify us on receipt of damaged/defective product within maximum of 24 hours of delivery at the email id mentioned above.
2) Products can only be exchanged if the products returned are deemed by Nativebag to be faulty
3) Products/Items should be UNUSED
4) Products should be returned in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels and invoices. In all circumstances proof of purchase must be retained and provided when you apply for replacements or refunds.
5) Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
6) No refund or exchange of goods for change of mind or errors made in order.
Nativebag mostly deals with products known for quality, brand and reliability; However, Nativebag does not guarantee the quality on behalf of third party vendors.
Whilst Nativebag make every effort to replace or exchange your products/ goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
You hereby acknowledge that
If you do not comply with any aspect of the return process specified above, you will be deemed to have accepted the delivery of the item and you will not be entitled to have your item exchanged/ replaced and you will not entitled to refund.
In case Nativebag is unable to replace the damaged/defective product and we will refund your amount and will process the refund after receipt of the product. In case of cancellation from customers, the cancellation is allowed for a period of 4 hours from order booking or if the vendor has not confirmed the packing/shipping.
Refund will be processed on the mode of payment of the order.
1. Orders by Debit/Credit card will be refunded by credit back to the respective cardholders account as per the payment gateway timeframes.
2. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
3. Cash on Delivery refunds will be adjusted at the customer venue and at the point of delivery.
Nativebag shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by cardholders issuing bank.
